Sean Clawson

Having first worked through the grind of door-to-door sales, he forged a robust understanding of sales and hard work. Sean gained experience and excelled working for a company that specializes in investment training and sales.
He oversaw all investment property, managed the lending department, and worked directly with the sales team to oversee the sale of all notes to investors. In just four years working there, he helped the business grow from a $50 million to $300 million company!
Working closely with the owner of the investment company, Sean gained invaluable knowledge in entrepreneurship. His understanding of sales has helped him master interpersonal skills and negotiation.
This unique skill-set is what has enabled him to successfully develop and manage Altaray Solar today.

Carlos Puerto

For three years Carlos oversaw the engagement and negotiations of logistics and processing services for an international mining company based out of Colombia.
Carlos brings his extensive experience in the solar industry from working at a Utah-based solar installation company.  There, he managed and directed the inventory system for field operations and fulfillment teams.
There, he was responsible for large-scale solar installations like the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium, Highland Hideaway cold storage facilities, as well as hundreds of residential solar systems.  Later promoted as Operations Director, Carlos learned to oversee solar operations at a company-wide level.
Throughout his career, Carlos has acquired a unique skill set which has lead him to successfully develop and manage Altaray Solar. He excels in negotiations, talent management, and systematizing productivity and accountability in his most talented employees.
